Deep Breath was the second song I recorded in 2024. Lyrically, this song came together so fast, and I knew I wanted to emphasize rhythmic, sharp breaths in the post-chorus. Sonically though, it took time to find the right energy for the final cut. The demo of Deep Breath is very chill, while the final version showcases a bold confidence.
